• Dec - Apr .. $2300/week .. $8000/month
  
• May - Nov .. $2200/week .. $7500/month
  
• Lobster Mini Season... $2500/week

• Weekly rentals run Saturday to Saturday
  
• Monthly rentals will be charged additional for utilities
  
• State and Hospitality Taxes apply
  
• Rates may change due to demand/availability
  
• 10% down payment to hold dates and $200 refundable damage deposit
